INTRO CLASS FOR NERDSTRONG
The Intro Session is a simple one-hour session (with up to 10 other people) where you can sit down, meet with a coach, talk about goals, previous fitness experience, expectations, injuries, hopes, etc. plus partake in a simple baseline workout (involving squats, pushups, etc.) so we both can get an idea of where you are and where you want to go.
