Announcing New Class Schedule

Nerdstrongers:

We're making some changes to the class schedule, starting Monday, August 17. We've given this careful consideration; these adjustments are being made so that we can bring you some cool new class options, and consolidate some of our lower-attendance class times. We've carefully considered all of the data from our recent class survey (thank you, everyone who participated), and are retaining the STR/DEX/CON/TEAM class structure for total body fitness, have expanded Yogastrong, and will be adding Thor and Pilates in coming weeks. 

As of August 17, the new class schedule will be:

MONDAY - STR
6AM, 7AM, NOON, 6PM (yoga), 7:30PM

TUESDAY - DEX
6AM, 7AM, 7PM

WEDNESDAY - CON
6AM, 7AM, NOON, 7PM

THURSDAY - STR
6AM, 7AM, NOON (yoga), 7PM

FRIDAY
7AM (open gym), 6PM (yoga)

SATURDAY - CON
9AM, 10AM

SUNDAY - TEAM
9AM (free class), 10AM

Until August 17, our schedule remains as it currently is. We just wanted to give you a heads-up so you would not be surprised by the changes. More information about Thor and Pilates coming soon!
